Fort Mill Man Arrested on Multiple Child Exploitation Charges

A Fort Mill man is facing multiple felony charges following a joint investigation into the online exploitation of children, state law enforcement officials announced.

George Alexander Toulas, 36, was arrested on July 22, 2026, by Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the York County Sheriff’s Office. South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest, noting that the investigation involved joint support from investigators with the Attorney General’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations, both of which serve as members of the state’s ICAC Task Force.
