SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – All northbound lanes on I-664 at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel in Suffolk were closed to traffic Thursday during the evening rush hour because of a crash.
As of 5 p.m., the Virginia Department of Transportation reported that traffic backups were approximately 2.5 miles.
