LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — A mixed-use development for the northeast Lincoln community will have its ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday at 3 p.m.
Lincoln Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird, County Commissioner Sean Flowerday and representatives of Family Service Lincoln will speak at 3:30 p.m.
