Interstate 35 drivers, beware: The Texas Department of Transportation plans major nighttime closures on the highway in the coming days.
TxDOT will close the highway’s southbound lanes between the exit ramps at North Walters Street and North New Braunfels Avenue, on the East Side near Fort Sam Houston, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Thursday night.
