One of the popular Mexican restaurants, especially on the west side, is about to be on the move. Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant who opened in 2019 at 602 N. Tyler Road, where they still reside, is ready to change locations.
Fortunately, the new spot will be right down the street at 756 N. Tyler Road which most recently was Eclipse Bar & Grill but was also The Angry Elephant and Augustino Brewing before that.
The new space which is much bigger will allow for additional seating for a restaurant that is starved for space. Anybody who frequents the place knows that many times there can be a wait…
