CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Kempsville Road has reopened following a multi-vehicle crash at the Hunningdon Lake Boulevard intersection, according to Chesapeake Police.
According to officials, officers were dispatched to the intersection at approximately 7:50 p.m. following a report of a two-vehicle crash.
