DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) — All five victims who died in Delaware County’s Scioto River have been identified by officials.
On Tuesday, two adults, Jose Mario Pineda Dias, 33, and Marina Suyapa Regaldo, 28, were confirmed deceased, according to Honduran Foreign Ministry officials, who notified the Associated Press.

On Thursday, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office identified the other victims. Married couple Miguel Angel Guerra, 34, and Carmen Idalia Lara Ferrera, 30, and 18-year-old Jonathan Gabriel Vargas also drowned in the river.
According to authorities, four of the five victims — two married couples — were Honduran citizens; officials did not state what country Vargas was from, saying only all five lived in Columbus. For previous reports on this story view the video player above.…
