Cafe Rio introduces new fry-stuffed Utah Burrito, fry sauce to celebrate local food culture

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A brand new menu item is now available at Cafe Rio to celebrate the state’s iconic food culture: a beef and fry-stuffed Utah Burrito served with a side of fry sauce.

The restaurant chain describes the new Utah Handheld Burrito as featuring seasoned ground beef, pickled pico de gallo, chili-lime fries, a secret burger sauce, a blend of cheeses and fresh lettuce, all wrapped in a from-scratch tortilla and served with a side of Cafe Rio’s take on fry sauce.
