PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — In a memo sent on June 17, Vancouver Police Chief Troy Price directed officers not to issue citations for some low-level misdemeanor offenses, effective immediately.
The offenses include crimes such as possessing or consuming intoxicating liquors in a park, operating a vehicle while registration is suspended and failure to transfer a vehicle title.
