COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Columbus father says he’s grateful to be alive after police say a suspected impaired driver ran a red light, struck two pedestrians and crashed into several parked vehicles outside a grocery store near Ohio State University’s campus Wednesday afternoon.
Andrey Moncada had just finished grocery shopping at the Kroger on N. High St. when he got back into his parked car.
