For a child entering foster care, the first moments of an unfamiliar journey can be filled with uncertainty. Thanks to the generosity of New Life Church in Millbrook, 150 children in Elmore and Autauga counties will begin that journey with something of their own: a suitcase filled with essentials, comfort and hope.
Through its partnership with Focus on the Family’s Wait No More program, New Life Church recently assembled and delivered 150 brand-new foster care suitcase bundles to the Elmore County and Autauga County Departments of Human Resources.
