ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The Ferguson Parks and Recreation Department posted on social media that someone broke into the restroom building at January-Wabash Memorial Park and stole the copper plumbing pipes.
According to the department, the building was left with heavy damage and will remain closed until repairs can be completed.
