Montgomery County commissioners will decide in August whether to place a potential $400 million bond on the November ballot to fund a new justice center.

Commissioners selected Dallas-based Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects during its July 9 meeting to design a new justice center that would house courtrooms, a new tax office and parking garage.
