As Colorado hits a milestone this August, communities in Douglas County are providing residents opportunities to remember how they celebrated the state’s sesquicentennial.
On Aug. 1, 150 years after Colorado became the nation’s 38th state, the Highlands Ranch Community Association will host an outdoor festival in Town Center to celebrate the state’s birthday.
