SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – A man was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries Saturday after shooting himself in the head while handling a gun, according to Shreveport police.
Officers were called to Peach Street around 7:04 p.m.
According to police, a man and woman were in a bedroom together when the man began pointing a gun at the woman’s head. She told him to stop. The man then removed the magazine from the firearm, pointed the gun at his own head, stated there were no bullets in the gun and pulled the trigger…
