JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) – The Rock County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Janesville man on Sunday for his alleged 5th OWI in the Town of Rock.
A deputy did a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. Highway 51 and Highway 11 at about 12:58 a.m., and that’s when Eddie Moffett allegedly showed signs of being drunk.
