Lower Southampton Church Property Sparks Sale Buzz After Facebook Post

A 28-acre wooded property in Lower Southampton Township is drawing attention after a church member’s Facebook post revealed the site might be for sale, writes JD Mullane for Bucks County Courier Times.

Montgomery County-based Evangelical Pentecostal Church of Philadelphia currently owns the land, located at 1225 Stump Road near the Bryn Gweled community. The property is currently zoned as farmland.

Jennifer Shostak, who posted about the property in a Warminster neighborhood Facebook group on July 17, wrote that the church is “exploring the sale of a beautiful 28.14-acre property in Feasterville” and hoped to spread the word through the community.

According to the post, the site includes a large youth center with a pavilion, volleyball court, bonfire pit, and hammock area, along with two scenic streams winding through the land…
