Counties to auction tax-foreclosed properties over next two months

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Unlike most counties in Michigan, Ingham and Eaton Counties hosts in-person, live auctions for tax foreclosed properties.

“I’ll do a presentation for a while, and then we’ll take questions as long as there are questions,” Fox said. “People can sign up for that on our website. It’s open to anybody, but it’s particularly valuable for people who’ve never been part of the process before. The auction itself is public. People need to put money down if they want to bid, but it’s open to anybody to attend.”
