Anyway, Kentucky Basketball’s latest 2028 offer is to 5-star Evan Willis out of Hurricane, Utah. Oddly enough, it is pretty much the total opposite end of the state from Farmington, where Collin Chandler played his high school ball. And that is about where the comparison ends.
Willis is a 6’7 high flyer who is silky smooth with the ball in his hands. He floats through the air and has all the potential in the world to become an elite-level basketball player. He actually loves playing defense right now, which is something you don’t see a lot from younger players. His outside shot is still developing, but his midrange game is already at a college level…
