Harrisburg church left with $180K in repairs for AC, plumbing after alleged break-ins

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Months after a string of alleged break-ins rocked Bethel AME Church just before Easter, the congregation is still dealing with the damage left behind.

The church said it has been left without working air conditioning in the middle of summer, its plumbing system is still severely damaged, and repairs are expected to reach the hundreds of thousands.
