HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — The City of Harrisburg is in the process of selling artifacts acquired by former Mayor Stephen Reed, who is accused of plunging the city into financial turmoil when he used city funds to purchase the items.
It’s the third time the city has done this, according to business administrator Antonio Megna. He said the goal is to have the latest wave of items assessed and for sale sometime this fall.
