Warm weather continues today with temperatures getting close to 90 degrees by noon. Highs will reach the mid 90s with heat index values in the triple digits through the middle of the afternoon. Heat Index values could be close to 110 at the coast this afternoon. An isolated shower or storm will be possible late this afternoon into the evening, otherwise most of us will remain dry.
Beaches forecast: Temperatures will be near 90 degrees this afternoon with heat index values ranging from 100 to 105 degrees. There is a low risk for rip currents with wave heights around 1 to 2 feet. The wind will be coming in from the east at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
