Conroe council members apologize, seek to put flock cameras on the ballot before Aug.17 deadline

Conroe council members David Hairel and Shana Arthur apologized to residents Friday and will revisit the discussion at its Aug. 13 meeting to place the city’s use of Flock Safety cameras on the Nov. 3 ballot.

The apology comes after the council, on Thursday, unanimously shelved two proposals to review the city’s use of license plate cameras.
