The Masons Keepe community in Manassas is under new ownership.
University Village Apartments, LLC, has sold the property to Bridge Investment Group. Berkadia, a joint venture between Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group, arranged the sale and financing. The price tag was $85 million, according to CoStar.
