SANTA MARIA, Calif. (KEYT) – The outreach effort for Santa Barbara County’s Sidewalk Vending Ordinance has noted some improvements in the unincorporated areas of the north county.
Officials say that doesn’t mean they’ll be resting on their laurels, though.
