The family has identified the Beloit teen who died while riding his e-bike in Sheboygan.
14-year-old Zondakai Graves was riding his e-bike south on South 25th Street Saturday evening when, according to the Sheboygan Police Department, he failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by a sedan traveling west on Broadway.
