A partnership has formed between an energy company and a land developer with the goal of attracting data center operators to a large piece of land near the Delaware River in Northampton County.
In April, Slate Belt Holdings purchased 754 acres of land in Upper Mount Bethel Township from River Pointe Logistics Center. The deal also included a smaller lot from the associated New Demi Road LLC.
