WASHINGTON (7News) — From raccoons and mold to rodent infestations, families at Congress Park Apartments say they have endured it all—prompting residents to file a lawsuit against the property’s owners and managers. 7News Washington, D.C. reporter Phylicia Ashley, who has been covering the complex for over a year, pressed city leaders on how they plan to step in.
Grace Jones is 76 years old and has lived at Congress Park for four years.
