Day Shift July 24: A Squad
26-006981 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Assist Other Agency / Arrest – Officers responded to this location following a brief investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division, which revealed that known fugitive Charles Hice was on the premises. Officers located the suspect vehicle as it attempted to leave the parking lot and conducted a felony traffic stop. The occupants were removed from the vehicle and taken into custody without incident. Charles Hice was arrested on his outstanding felony warrant out of Alabama, and Jonathan Lecroy was arrested and charged with Accessory After the Fact for attempting to aid and conceal a known fugitive…
