ALLENDALE, Mich. (WOOD) — A bus driver shortage at Allendale Public Schools has led the district to create a walking, or non-transport zone for some students this fall.
Superintendent Garth Cooper says they are working to recruit more drivers but a shortage in recent years has led to last minute route cancellations the district is trying to avoid.
