PENSACOLA, Fla. — All charges have been dropped against a 16-year-old arrested in the Downtown Pensacola mass shooting.
Court records show authorities have dropped these charges on Monday in Kanye Walker’s case:
- principal to attempted first-degree premeditated murder
- principal to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- unlawful possession of a firearm by a minor
Court records also show the case against Walker is now closed.
Walker was arrested on July 13 as Pensacola Police said he handed suspect Nicholas Safford the gun that Safford used to shoot at 19-year-old Phillip Sheppard Jr…
