ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Tuesday was a day years in the making for many, as the George Eastman Museum held one of its annual naturalization ceremonies.
It’s a moment Ramandeep Singh has waited 15 years for. He became a U.S. citizen with his wife and young children watching the whole thing.
“I’ll probably cry,” Singh said. “I’m not an emotional person, but one or two tears might come out. It took a while, but I’m honored and excited. I can’t wait.”…
