SAN ANTONIO — A person was found shot to death inside a vehicle on the southeast side on Tuesday evening, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.
Emergency crews responded around 5:45 p.m. to the 4700 block of East Southcross Boulevard, where they found a patient inside a vehicle who had reportedly suffered multiple gunshot wounds, according to officials.
