ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque woman said her daily walk through Downtown Albuquerque quickly turned into a terrifying chase. The man chasing her has a lengthy criminal history but has repeatedly been found incompetent to stand trial.
“I need to get out of here. You know, I was just scared,” said Jordan, whose last name KRQE News 13 is not using to protect her privacy.
