New NYC development could bring 20 apartments, retail space near major subway hub

Plans have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use development at 41-40 Kissena Boulevard in Flushing, Queens.

The site, located between Main Street and Sanford Avenue near the Main Street subway station served by the 7 train, is being proposed by owner Jenny Liao.

According to New York Yimby, the planned 92-foot-tall building would span 20,387 square feet and include 20 residential units, along with commercial and community facility space…
