Pennsylvania reported three new measles cases over the weekend, bringing the commonwealth to a total of 142 cases recorded in 2026, including 31 over the past seven days.
Amid the worst nationwide measles outbreak in more than 25 years, Pennsylvania has seen an exponential increase in cases of the highly contagious disease. Just more than halfway through the year, the commonwealth’s total of 142 recorded cases in 2026 dwarfs the 16 reported in 2025.
