Mayor Evans extends restrictions on groups gathering in public places at night

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Mayor Malik Evans has extended the order that restricts groups of 10 or more people from gathering in public places at night without a permit.

The emergency order, which falls under the Gun Violence State of Emergency, must be extended every five days to remain in effect. Evans signed the first extension on Tuesday.
