MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police have identified the person shot and killed on Halls Mill Road Tuesday.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, 25-year-old Evan Bagley was shot around 3 p.m. July 28 in the parking lot of Chips Auto Glass, 4454 Halls Mill Road. He died at the scene.
