Company news: Arc of Onondaga appoints Alisha Lorenzo, Faith Wade

Arc of Onondaga has appointed Alisha Lorenzo and Faith Wade to newly created chief program officer positions as part of its executive management team.

Lorenzo will serve as chief program officer for community services, leading community supports, employment supports, clinical services and outreach. Wade has been named chief program officer for residential and centralized services, overseeing residential programs and centralized services including nursing, behavior support and plan coordination.

Lorenzo began her career with Arc of Onondaga as a direct support professional in a day habilitation program from 2010 to 2011 and returned to the organization in 2025 as programs and services officer. She previously served as deputy director at the Center for Community Alternatives, overseeing services in Syracuse and Rochester.
