A 25-story residential tower, The Berkeley Palm Beach, broke ground in the Clear Lake corridor in West Palm Beach.
Opening in 2029 with 193 units ranging from two to five bedrooms, residences above the 15th floor will feature west-facing sunsets of Clear Lake and east-facing views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean.
