WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Drivers in Wilmington may soon notice something different if an unmarked police vehicle pulls up behind them.
The Wilmington Police Department announced Wednesday it is transitioning its patrol fleet to red-and-blue emergency lighting, a change from the single-blue configuration currently in use.
