EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Authorities are investigating a homicide after a body was discovered inside a suitcase early Wednesday morning in a Ciudad Juarez neighborhood.
According to the incident report, emergency dispatch received a 911 call at 5:43 a.m. on July 29 reporting a black baby stroller left in the middle of Rivera Montecarlo Street, in the the Riveras del Bravo neighborhood.
The caller told dispatchers that the stroller was covered with a curtain-like piece of fabric and that they did not know what was inside. The caller said they did not see who left it there and noticed nothing else unusual while passing by. The person did not remain at the scene to meet responding officers.
Officers with the Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM) confirmed the incident. Police reported finding a deceased person inside a suitcase which then turned into a homicide investigation…
