OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Three people have been indicted by a Multi-County Grand Jury on human trafficking charges following Oklahoma City Police investigations.
According to the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, 31-year-old Amario Clay, 39-year-old Michael Davis and 27-year-old Maria Fernanda Contreras Rosales are all facing human trafficking charges.
Officials say the charges against Clay come from an investigation by the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit. Investigators found the victim at a local hotel while Clay waited in a car outside. Officers seized around $4,000 in cash believed to be from commercial sex activity, along with a Glock 9mm handgun. According to investigators, cellphone messages revealed Clay allegedly arranged commercial sex encounters, set prices and meeting times, and told the victim what to do during the encounters…
