A San Antonio man convicted of threatening to kill a park ranger at San Antonio Missions National Historic Park has been in custody for three years since his arrest — and a judge has ruled that’s enough punishment for his crime.
Sergio Renato Tapia was convicted in April on a charge of threatening to murder a federal officer.
