DENVER (KDVR) — Denver Licensing and Consumer Protection officials announced that Executive Director Molly Duplechian has approved a settlement between a smoke shop and the city.

Vibe Smoke Shop, which had its license suspended since around the end of May, was found during an investigation to have allegedly sold tobacco, kratom, alcohol and THC products illegally, including to underage individuals.
According to the settlement agreement, the shop owner must transfer the retail tobacco license to a new owner within three months. The current owner is barred from operating the business during this time period.
