KAIMUKI, Hawaii (Island News) — Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire at a house in Kaimuki on Wednesday afternoon and the cause is currently under investigation.
The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) received a 911 call about a fire at 1958 Iwi Way in the Kaimuki area at 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29. When firefighters got to the scene in under 10 minutes, they saw light smoke coming from the front door of a two-story home.
