Drivers on the far Northeast Side should brace for increased traffic congestion this week, as the Texas Department of Transportation plans major closures on Interstate 35.
TxDOT says it will close the southbound lanes of I-35 at Corporate Drive, about three miles north of the interchange with Loop 1604, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on both Wednesday and Thursday nights.
