Man charged for alleged stabbing at Wahiawa McDonald’s

WAHIAWA, Hawaii (Island News) — A 24-year-old man is facing an assault charge after he allegedly stabbed a man inside a McDonald’s in Wahiawa on Monday afternoon.

The suspect, a 24-year-old man, stabbed a 66-year-old man inside the McDonald’s, located at the intersection of Olive Avenue and Kamehameha Highway, at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, July 27, according to the Honolulu Police Department (HPD). The victim was critically injured and taken to the hospital by first responders.
