Man sentenced after multi-day crime spree across Buncombe County

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office reports a man was sentenced in connection with a multi-day crime spree in February.

Bryan George Coleman, 51, plead guilty to nine felony charges which were consolidated for judgement into one count of first-degree burglary. He was sentenced to 97 to 129 months in the North Carolina Division of Adult Correction.

The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office said the crime spree went from Feb. 3 to Feb. 5 before Coleman’s arrest. He was found in a stolen vehicle and led deputies on a brief chase.
