SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WSMV) – A nursing home resident was seriously injured after he wandered away from his facility and fell in a ditch in Springfield on Monday evening.
According to a report from Smokey Barn News, a man in his 80s left the Waters of Springfield skilled nursing facility on Fifth Avenue East on Monday evening and was later found in a roadside drainage ditch.
